These terms apply to your use of expertconstructiongroup.co (the “Site”), operated by Expert Construction Group, LLC (“ECG,” “we,” “us,”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What the site is for
The Site is informational. It tells you who we are, what we build, and how to start a conversation with our estimating team. Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a contract between you and ECG. A binding agreement only exists once a written proposal or contract is signed by both parties.
Using the site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to limit or block use that violates these terms.
Intellectual property
All copy, photography, illustrations, video, and code on the Site are owned by ECG or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress law. You may view and share the Site for personal or business reference; you may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Project content and estimates
Any project descriptions, photographs, square footages, schedules, costs, or other figures published on the Site are illustrative and not guarantees. Real estimates are prepared by our team based on specific scope, drawings, and site conditions for each project.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, our Insights articles may cite outside sources). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, ECG disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ECG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for anything related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater. This section does not limit our liability for matters that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action related to the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
