I was referred to Expert Construction Group for a commercial roof replacement, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The time came where I had to redo the roof for my home that I bought brand new here on the west side of El Paso. Since it was the builder's model home, I didn't have a choice on the color when I bought, so I decided to change the color to the exterior as well. I was recommended Expert Construction Group by an associate and I came in contact with a Mr. Johquin Yanez. First, let me tell you that Mr. Yanez was very courteous over the phone, it almost seemed as though he dropped everything to answer all my annoying questions, and I could tell he was intently listening to me as to properly understand what my queries were. In a matter of days, Mr. Yanez came and walked my roof, around my home, and we had a very polite chat what the next steps would be if I decided to hire him and his company. I really appreciated that he did the proverbial hand holding in guiding me through the process and expectations, I hired him on the spot! I can't explain enough how detail oriented Mr. Yanez and his workers are. When he gave me a time and date when his workers would be here, they were here and on time. If his workers needed to move something outside of my home, or it came time to cover windows and doors for painting, or if they knew something would cause a ruckus (machines used for painting and redoing my roof) inside my home, they let me know ahead of time so I could make the choice to stay inside or not. I couldn't be happier with the results! The roof came out perfect, but the change of color to the exterior of my home was exactly how I envisioned it! When the work was done, Mr. Yanez didn't let his workers leave, as he wanted to do a walk through with his workers and myself, as so address any concerns and/or imperfections I may have pointed out. I went through everything with a fine-tooth comb and I really couldn't see any flaws. Mr. Johquin Yanez wanted to ensure I would be completely satisfied, he scheduled with me a 6 week follow up for him to come back and check the roof and the exterior of my home for any signs of anomalies, so could have it fixed right away, at no extra cost to me!

Owning a home is a gift and a curse…all at once. I had the pleasure of experiencing a water pipe bursting inside of my wall. A plumber was contacted to take care of the initial leak but, the water damage was extensive (see the attached pictures). My insurance company contacted Johquin from the Expert Construction Group of El Paso, and he immediately contacted me and surveyed the damage. Within 24hrs, the team at Expert Construction Group provided and assessment, dried out the damp water and immediately created a timeline for recovery of my home. Johquin remained in contact throughout the entirety of the process from start to finish. The work was professionally done and the outcome was amazing! I highly recommend Expert Construction Group for any home renovation, home repairs and simple upgrades! They made what was a bad situation so much better!
